In a dialogue with Martian during a discussion with Dr
Blake, the acronym «OBE» is incorrectly translated as «Overtaken By Events.» In U.S. government agencies, including those in the intelligence community and the Department of Defense, the correct/official explanation for the acronym «OBE» is «Overcome By Events.» Appeared in Graham Norton and guests: Cher/Keira Knightley/Michael Fassbender/Josh Brolin/Jalen Ngonda (2024). I have to say that I had the chance to watch The Bureau a few years ago and honestly, it’s probably one of the best things I’ve ever watched.

There is a correlation between the two shows, of course it was mentioned that it was «influential», but honestly I didn’t expect a similar plot. Don’t get me wrong, the show is amazing so far, great casting, good cinematography, but it’s not something I haven’t already seen in the French version. It’s too early to tell how it will end, but I highly recommend anyone who hasn’t watched The Bureau to check it out.
